first swim of the summer

Last weekend when we were in Albia, it was pretty warm out and this momma didn't want to hang out inside. I had to run to Dollar General for a few things, and while there, I decided to pick up this little blow-up pool for Fletch. It is the perfect size for the little tot and a couple toys. He had a good time in it, but it took him a bit to realize what to do. After I splashed him and showed him how to fill the water pitcher, he got the hang of it. This pool trip was short lived because somebody was tired, but I do foresee many other pool adventures in the coming weeks.
