**a few weeks ago when i made this meatloaf recipe, i don't think i've ever been so pleased with a meal. i've kind of been banned from making meatloaf at our house because it usually ends up tasteless, under cooked, and unappealing; but this recipe i came across on pinterest seemed foolproof, so i gave it a shot. i will definitely make it again and it may become a monthly thing because i like me some meatloaf and my kids eat it...and the husband actually complimented me on it. it took me a total of 5 minutes to mix together, than i just covered the loaf pan with some foil and sat it in the fridge until i was ready to bake it. so simple and delish.
**i've been slacking a bit with my meal plans and updating on new recipes i've tried. i'll try to do better. don't be alarmed if we seem to be eating the same thing as we did the last few weeks. i went the easy route and made something simple, completely skipping my meal plan menu scheduled. i need to go back to previous mpm posts and check out what i skipped and actually follow through and make them. here's to trying to do better.
