Monday-creamy pasta shells with ham and broccoli
Tuesday-enchiladas and spanish rice
Wednesday-pork chops, rice and grilled veggies
the iowa state fair starts on thursday of this week and runs through the 21st. adam and i both work in the grandstand as 'security' throughout the week, so there won't be much cooking during that time. when i'm back to planning, i'll have a few new recipes to share. i've already got a couple in mind and i'm excited to try them.
