tuesday: teriyaki chicken and rice
wednesday: grilled pork chops and mixed veggies
thursday: chicken enchiladas
friday: bacon mac and cheese
other things i'll be making/baking throughout the week: cherry enchiladas, pumpkin apple bread, pepperoni rolls, fire crackers
*all of these meals can be adjusted to make as much or as little as you want,as most recipes are. i chose to make larger quantities of my meals this week to send extras/leftovers with my sister to iowa city, since her and her husband will be 'living' there for the next few weeks while camryn recovers from her stem cell transplant.
