It feels like forever since I've posted a MPM menu. Turns out, I have most of the week off, so I will be home to actually prepare some food for my family. Here's what I have planned.
Monday-chicken pot pie (using leftover rotisserie chicken)
Tuesday-grilled ham steak, corn on the cob, fruit
Wednesday-chicken Parmesan with spaghetti, salad
Thursday-grilled hobo packs (kielbasa and veggies), fruit
Friday-tater tot casserole, salad, fruit
