halloween...a bit late

our halloween festivities lasted for about 5 days. here are some pictures to document the fun filled week i was glad to be done with.
first we went to night eyes the weekend before halloween. little boy didn't do too bad, but towards the end, he was ready to have his costume off.

wednesday we decided to carve pumpkins. he did rather well helping clean the guts out of the pumpkins. however, he did not like the fact that he couldn't carve the pumpkins himself. he tried, we denied him.

on friday we went to the business trick or treat on main street (actually it's 6th street, but i like to call it main street because that's where everything is). these were during the day and he wasn't very happy. with the attitude, this momma wasn't sure if we were going to go or not...little boy turned his tude around and we made it up, but i didn't take pictures of the chaos.

saturday was trick or treat in nevada. we didn't go out because fletcher and i got home a bit later than planned from our trip to des moines, but we got a few pictures of the uncooperative before the kids started coming.

and on sunday, actually halloween, he thought he needed to continue the celebration by wearing his halloween pj's to bed.

although i do enjoy halloween, this was a very long week of celebrating. can't imagine what it's going to be like next year with two.
